Supplier & Export Capabilities

Sentuoco’s thermal transfer ribbon supply capabilities include standard and custom roll configurations for B2B orders. The service covers specification review, samples, quotations, order preparation, quality checks and shipping coordination. Flexible MOQs are available. Contact us with your requirements so the applicable quantity and commercial terms can be confirmed.

Product details to confirm

Each order should identify the ribbon formulation or approved {{PRODUCT_CODE}}, width, length, core, winding direction and ink side. Add the printer model, label material and application so the specification can be checked against the original requirement. If the order repeats a previous supply, include the accepted reference and note any change.

Quantity and packaging

State the quantity by specification, the expected order frequency and the destination. Custom sizes, colors, OEM/private label and custom packaging can be reviewed against the submitted requirement. The quotation confirms availability, the applicable minimum quantity, rolls per carton, labeling scope and any setup requirement that affects timing or price.

These are transit references, not the production lead time. The actual delivery date is confirmed for each shipment after the destination, shipment size, route, Incoterm and available service have been reviewed. Customs clearance and local delivery are considered separately when they fall outside the quoted scope.

Documents and destination information

Provide the consignee country, delivery city, preferred freight method and any known import requirements. The commercial documents, product description, origin statement, packing details and customs classification must match the actual shipment. Ask the importer or broker to verify destination-specific requirements.

If market coverage or available order volume affects supplier approval, ask for current information tied to the proposed product and delivery period. Sentuoco does not publish an unverified market list or production-capacity figure.

Packaging and shipping handover

The packing list should connect each carton to the item specification and quantity. Buyer labels, carton marks and pallet instructions need a controlled artwork or written reference. If mixed items share one shipment, separate them clearly enough for receiving staff to identify the roll without opening every package.

Before dispatch, confirm the consignee, destination, contact details and document instructions. Freight method and Incoterm should be written in the same form on the quotation and order. Special handling, insurance or broker requirements must be stated before the shipment is booked.

Repeat orders and change control

Keep the approved ribbon and packaging reference with the purchase order. If the printer, label, grade, dimensions, winding, ink side, artwork or carton changes, identify that change before scheduling. A small specification difference can affect both fit and print result.

Frequently asked questions

The production basis should be the confirmed specification and agreed commercial terms. New or changed applications may also need sample approval before the bulk order is scheduled.

The schedule is confirmed after the product, quantity, packaging, destination and freight basis have been reviewed. The written quotation is the commercial reference.

Private label or custom packaging can be reviewed when the artwork, labeling, quantities and required format are provided. Availability, the minimum order quantity confirmed for the submitted specification, cost and timing are confirmed in the quotation.

Send the destination, order quantity, product specifications, packaging request and preferred freight method. A useful freight comparison must use the same shipment and delivery basis.

Prepare the order brief

Send one line for each ribbon specification and include the printer, label material, dimensions, quantity, packaging and destination. Mark any unknown field so it can be resolved before the quotation is issued.
